Please read the terms and conditions for the Beauty centre Weymouth before any treatment.
Appointments and Cancellation
  • All the staff at Beauty Centre Weymouth are trained to the standards required by the company’s treatment protocols.
  • If you need to cancel your appointment or move it to a later date, please give us a call 48 hours before your appointment. Failure to notify us 48 hours in advance will result in the loss of your initial deposit. Beauty Centre Weymouth will send you an email reminder 48 hours before your appointment.
  • Please come at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment so that all the necessary paperwork can be completed. Arriving late may cause reduced treatment time or even cancellation of your appointment.
  • Beauty Centre Weymouth will try our best to make sure your appointment stays on time, however if we have had to cancel your appointment in short notice we will do everything we can to contact you in advance.
  • We will contact you before the appointment to make you aware of the preparation needed before your appointment such as avoiding sun exposure and shaving etc. Our staff can cancel your appointment If they decide it is unsafe to continue due to sun exposure or tanning. If the area is not shaved but there is no one being treated at the time then the therapist can clean the area thoroughly before your treatment at an extra cost.
  • All makeup, perfume, deodorant and any oil-based products must be removed before the treatment. If these products are not removed but there is no one being treated at the time then the therapist can clean the area thoroughly before your treatment at an extra cost.
Late
  • If you arrive late to your appointment it may not be possible to complete your full treatment causing your treatment to be shortened or even cancelled.
Refunds
  • The deposit ifs a non refundable fee however if you call us at least 48 hours in advance we can rebook your appointment.
  • If you have purchased a treatment within 14 days and have not used any of your treatments then we will be happy to give you a full refund.
Liability
  • The client has to provide all the relevant medical details before each treatment. We will not be held liable for any injuries that can occur due to the client’s failure to providing their medical details.
  • All our therapists have their own insurance
  • The client must listen and complete all the instructions that are given to them by the therapist.
Complaint
  • Beauty Centre Weymouth will try our best to make sure your treatment is to the highest standard however if you feel this was not the case you are entitled to file a complaint verbally, by telephone or in writing.
  • The complaint will be sent directly to the therapist that completed your treatment to try to find the best resolution for you.
Payment
  • The deposit must be paid at the time of booking to hold your time of the treatment.
  • The outstanding costs can then be paid on the day of the treatment when you arrive either by cash or card.
  • For package sessions the whole price must be paid during the first session in your package.
Child Care
  • An adult must supervise children below the age of 16, as staff will not be able to supervise children during the treatments for health, safety and insurance purposes.
